I am an ever grateful ten year survivor Of stage 4 metastatic melanoma. With the love and support of my wonderful (and handsome) husband Peter, my parents, children, sisters, aunts, cousins and friends, my melanoma is no more. I have had tremendous support and a team for life.
I thank God many times everyday and I pray to remain melanoma free. The doctors and nurses at Memorial Sloan Cancer Center treated me with compassion and excellence.
I am walking with CCMAC (Colette Coyne Melanoma Campaign ) to give all of those battling the disease and those is early stages of remission HOPE. Please think of me in times of trouble and try to be positive and refuse to let melanoma get the best of you.
On Sunday, May 31,2015 I am walking to raise hope and maybe a little money too.
