Securing Pledges / Donations Using the 5K Run/Walk Pledge Form
With your help, proceeds from the Miles for Melanoma 5K Run / Walk will enable CCMAC to continue to increase public awareness of the dangers and causes of Skin Cancer / Melanoma.
Securing pledges and donations for fundraising are not required to participate in the Run or Walk.
How You Can Help?
Download a 5K Run/Walk Pledge Form, Secure Pledges and Donations and Raise Awareness
If you can you get people to pledge $1.00, $5.00 or $10.00 per mile? That’s how easy it could be to raise $5 , $10, $15, $20, $25 or even $100!
The key is to ask as many people as you can for any donation they can make to support your commitment to Run or Walk on May 31st to help the cause.
This Is How Can You Do It?
1.) Download the Pledge Form Located Below, or from the event Registration Page
2.) Set your own personal goal, or create a team and set an even higher goal.
3.) Send e-mails to everyone in your contacts list and include your personal or team objectives, and your story or your teams story for why you are raising funds to Prevent Skin Cancer / Melanoma.
4.) You can include or post a link to the CCMAC Web Site (www.CCMAC.org) for more information, and/or attach a flyer with information about the 5K Run/Walk. The flyer can be downloaded below.
5.) If you have a LINK to your teams page include it in your email and posts.
6.) Be sure to follow up with them after the 5K Run/Walk to let them know of your success and gratitude for their support.
Together, we can all make a difference!
